CHRDA offers internships to anyone. Priority is given to university students in Cameroon, Africa, and the rest of the world, who seek such for academic purposes or for professional development.
The intern will work at the head office in Buea, Cameroon. We are interested in people with excellent writing and research skills. Interested applicants should fill the google form below. All applicants are informed that their applications are all forwarded to senior staff in charge of reviewing applications.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Any applications can be deposited at our office secretariat or sent by email. However, we strongly encourage applicants to submit their applications using this form. Note that in case you are shortlisted, a recommendation letter or any document of support may be requested. Kindly inform any potential referee ahead of time.

CHRDA is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the protection and advancement of human rights and the promotion of democracy as a political culture in Africa.
In order to progressively achieve our goals, we work with a very diverse team with different ethnic, religious, gender, and cultural differences. Our team (the team), from interns to senior staff, must respect diversity.
As part of our culture of serving humanity, we work relentlessly to achieve our progressive goals. The office hours of CHRDA to which the team should adhere starts from 8am to 5pm daily, on office days. However, this time slot can be modified depending on the circumstances and weekends may be resorted to in case of extraneous circumstances.
Discipline is a major factor of consideration for the proper functioning of our office. The team has to obey to staff rules and regulations in relation to office time, seniority, diversity, and any other issue.
Respect is a core value regulating the relationships of the team and its external partners. The team has to respect everyone.
